Where U Drop Your Ear 2 The Street of Boxing

Open Letter To Attorney General Tom Corbett…!!!

Dear Attorney General Tom Corbett,

This is an open letter to you and the boxing media in regards to your prosecution of Damon Feldman and the Celebrity Boxing Federation. As a member of the boxing community, I want to ask you about the reason for these criminal proceedings.

Let me start off by discussing my past dealings with Mr. Feldman and the Celebrity Boxing Federation. I have covered many of their “fights” dating back to the beginning, and have helped out behind the scenes. I have never once heard of Mr. Feldman proclaimming that these were real fights, contrarily I have heard him describe the events as sports entertainment.

You do know what sports entertainment is don’t you?

The most popular example is pro wrestling, which notably is completely legal in Pa. In these events, like the CBF’s events, the winner is predetermined.

It is unclear what the problem is with the CBF’s brand of sports entertainment.

It is also worth pointing out that there was always medical supervision on the premesis. I remember being in the locker room when Mr. Feldman pulled John Wayne Bobbitt from a fight card because his blood pressure was too high.

Do you know what kind of long term damage it can do to a promoter’s reputation when the main event is canceled mid-card? I am sure you do.

Feldman considered the safety of the participants in the CBF more important than the reputation of the organization itself, and more important than his reputation as a promoter.

In closing, I feel you owe it to the voters and the fans of Celebrity Boxing Federation to come on OnThEGRiND BOXiNG Radio to discuss these allegations more thoroughly. You will have the chance to explain why you are not cleaning up the streets, but instead focusing on policing the entertainment choices of individuals in your jurisdiction.

Thank you for your time Sir, and I look forward to speaking with you.

Sincerely,
BigTime Tim Kudgis
