Kermit Cintron To Beat Alfredo “El Perro” Angulo…Jesse Rican Boxing Prediction

Although I was previously going back and forth on my prediction for tonight’s fight, I wanted to put this on paper for all to see, because of how strongly I feel that Kermit Cintron is going to beat Alfredo Angulo.
Kermit had twenty four victories and no losses before “losing” to Antonio Margarito, the only man to knock him out. Was it a weak chin, or a “strong punch?” We may never know, but losing to Margarito is nothing to be ashamed of (at one point this was the man who was supposed to beat Floyd Mayweather Jr.). Cintron rebounded by knocking out Jesse Feliciano, a fight which he looked impressive in and dominated for a good portion. He then went on to have a rematch with Margarito, who knocked him out again and went on to face Miguel Cotto.
Kermit followed up his second loss to the only man to defeat him by facing off against Lovemore N’dou, and won a UD at the end of twelve. His next opponent was a tough one to say the least, Sergio Gabriel Martinez. Martinez gave Cintron the fight of his life, but this fight will probably be remembered more for the bizarre sixth round in which a knock out was called, but quickly taken back. The bout ended in a controversial draw.
I actually had Cintron losing the match, but he did put up a hell of a fight. As far as the controversial end, if the ref wants to take back a knock out…you can’t really blame Kermit for letting him.
This evening standing across the ring from Cintron will be the rough and tough Alfredo “El Perro” Angulo, who has shown nothing but great potential in becoming a future champion. I however, don’t think that he has been truly tested at this point in time, and might prove to be an over hyped but decent boxer. I was expecting him to get the fight of a lifetime going up against Ricardo Mayogra, but Mayogra backed out and instead Angulo took an easy win over Cosme Rivera.
Cintron Dec12 Angulo (and no Paddy, this will not be the same as when I predicted Billy Lyell over the phone to Suge, but just couldn’t go with it and predicted Duddy).
P.S. Does the Jesse Rican Fan Club have the most members of any group on MyBoxingNetwork?

Another great Rican prediction! But your boy needs to work on that stamina, he was dying in the 12th.
