For whatever reason the young Manfredo has the ability to polarize boxing fans and is one of the few fighters to appear both near the top of many fans’ favorites lists, and simultaneously on many hated (in a sporting sense) lists. Even the resistant should be warned, Manfredo might make a fan out of you yet. Definitely on the agenda for the OtG Team with Manfredo is getting a list of possible opponents, as the former Contender star’s next move isn’t 100% now that our next guest may have jeopardized a seemingly imminent showdown with Ireland’s John Duddy.

Without any further delay, Youngstown Ohio’s man of the hour, Billy Lyell returns to OnThEGRiND BoXiNG after accomplishing his mission and handing Ireland’s John Duddy his first defeat. What a fantastic moment for Youngstown and for Billy as the first page to a new chapter of his career was written less one week ago. One of boxing’s inspirational stories of 2009 is being written as we speak, and it’s starring Billy Lyell.

Rugged and ring tough middleweight Jamaal Davis also appears OnThEGRiND to let the boxing world know what important cause he is fighting for, the team is all ears for this, as the early word is that it’s much more important and precious than championship gold.
