Hitman Over Pacman
March 28th 2009

Ricky Hatton has slowly become a household name and so has his opponent Manny Pacquiao. Each man carries their country on their back, and both have a lot to gain and a lot to lose. With that being said, I think that the Pacman will fight his heart out and maybe take some early rounds, but as the match goes on I think Ricky’s hitting power will become evident…and he will KO Pac in the 8th. We’ve already seen Manny get knocked out twice in the third round, and he’s lost twice to Juan Manuel Marquez, in my opinion but that’s another story. Secondly, I would like to point out that Hatton’s only loss, was to the best boxer out there, and even Floyd had to admit that Hatton was like a pitbull… and he was amazed by his ability to keep coming. Now, I know all of the Manny lovers will bring up his destruction of De La Hoya, but maybe if they fought five years ago it would have been a different story… but to beat a weight- drained, old De La Hoya is not that impressive. Not to take anything away from Manny, because he is a great and exciting boxer, but I think that “The Hitman” is on another level. If there’s anyway that Hatton will lose again, it will be against the likes of a Miguel Cotto or even Juan Manuel Marquez.
I disagree with you. Manny Pacquiao will win this fight. Manny has shown that he is the best fighter form his previous fight.
